The world lost a gentle, joy-filled soul and heaven is a happier place today. Mom was a woman of deep faith who loved singing, dancing, and being with her family, especially to play cards. Mom was the life of every party and family get-together.
Judy is survived by her loving husband of nearly 62 years, Larry, 6 children – Janet, Greg, Carolyn (Brad), Dan (Lisa), Steve (Terri), Tom (Maria) – 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
As Mom ended all her phone calls with us – "Bye for now."
Our family wants to thank Dr. Ross Pirkle for all of his kind and thoughtful care for Mom over the years.
The funeral will take place on April 5, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. John Vianney Church followed by a reception in the church hall. Burial will take place at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery. A proper Irish celebration of life will be scheduled for sometime in May, around what would have been Mom's 85th birthday.

Having only had the wonderful pleasure of meeting her once, I knew what a wonderful mom she was. Carolyn and I played a little joke on her the day I met her, I was introduced as Hans, a co worker of Carolyns brother. Then while Carolyn showed her some pictures of us on a vacation, I could see her figuring it out, and that little smile and look on her face was priceless! She is being missed so much by so many.
