Maria Garcia Obituary
El Paso - Mary Garcia went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2021. She was born on August 26, 1951 to Isidro Garcia and Juana F. Garcia. She was loved by her brothers, Manuel and Isidro Garcia, Jr and her sisters Benita Garcia and Irene Vasquez. She was a devoted and proud mother to her two sons, Angel and Roy Garcia. The loves of her life were her five grandchildren, Angel Garcia Jr., Carlos Santana Garcia, Aliyah Angelique Garcia, Lexis Marie Garcia, Matthew Zyrick Garcia and her great grandson, Santana Garcia. Mary's smile, gentle spirit, loving kindness and sense of humor will always remain in our memories. The love and patience she exemplified in caring and providing all of the healthcare needs and support of mom and dad to include anyone else that needed her help will be deeply missed.
Private Services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Martin Funeral Home East.
The Full Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
As it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make things right
If I surrender to His Will;
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life
And supremely happy with Him
Forever and ever in the next.
