To My Mom,
When I say a prayer of thanks for all that is right, good, and happy in my life, I start with you.
Some of the small moments we shared became my favorite memories. Even when times were not good, your love and support guided me through it.
You are and always will be a huge blessing in my life.
I will give an extra "thank you" to God for the gift he sent me, you as my mother.
Love you forever,

Dad,
Mom (Jesusita) has joined you and Anna in heaven. We will miss all of you, but we know you will continue to be there for mom. She passed away peacefully on Friday, July 25 and she was laid to rest beside you Thursday, July 31, 2025. One day we will all reunite again as a family in heaven. I will continue to cherish the times and memories we shared together. Love you, Shirley Juarez Milam

Memories of my Godfather whom I called Nino:
First of all, I was blessed with having him as my Nino. A loving family man. I remember him as a quiet man who had a sincere laughter that I can still hear to this day. The stories my Nina would tell me about my Nino cooking at midnight with the house full of smoke because he loved to cook and said he was hungry.

My Saturday Haircut with my Grandpa
My fondest memory of my Grandfather was getting my monthly Saturday haircut. I remember sitting on the front porch gazing through the lattice screen as I sat and waited for my haircut. A 20 minute haircut would become an hour, my grandpa would meticulously cut each strand of hair until perfection. Once he was finished hed say Listo al pizo.
I love you Pampa and will miss you for the rest of my life. Now you are ready to step out into Heaven, I know I will see you again, being that same little boy waiting for his haircut.
Grandson,

Memories of my Dad
My dad was a man who lived a very simple life. I remember as a young girl at several occasions, as he returned after a hard day at work that he stated he was not that hungry. He would give us his portion of the food to make sure we had enough to eat. I did not realize what he was doing until later on as an adult that I recognized his sacrifice for his children. Mom was always at his side.
Dad grew up in central Texas and would often talk about his childhood. I now live in the same part of Texas that he grew up and I know now why he loved this area so much.
He is greatly missed by myself and the rest of the family.
May God and his Blessed Holy Mother guide him on his way to paradise in Heaven.
Love you,
Shirley Juarez Milam
