She was preceded in death by her husband James "Mac" McDonald; two children, Todd McDonald and Maureen Michels; her parents; and three siblings, Leroy Brinker, Esther Jansen and Shirley Holtmeyer.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 20, from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Miller Funeral Home, Washington.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21, at St. Francis Borgia Church.
