Big Bird is what Kelly and Ehren called Bob. He had that yellow golf outfit and did look the part. My condolences to you for your loss. We had great times together at Family Affair.

sande,mick sorry to here about bob. he was a good man. best memories of bob were when we were at ft. lee, va. together.. really extended the 250 mile , 65 mph speed limits.. should have been in jail for that.. bob really wanted to be at home every weekend.. again sorry about bob, he was a long time friend.. larry owens..

I am so sorry learn of Bob's passing. When I grew up on Fifth St. in Erie, he was two years older and my idol. He lived "life large" as they say today and he and the Metzger Family were so kind to me and included me in trout fishing and their hunting trips. And, who can forget the partys at the Boathouse. I prefer to remember "Whale" as he was one night so many years ago, larger than life, hosting a beer party for some Villa College girls at the "Oar House", when this adventure was about to begin.

I was sorry to read of Bob's death. During the time we taught together @ Irving, I was always impressed @ all of the planning you did for vacations, retirement, etc. I am so glad you had your dream of living in Flordia. With sympathy...

We are so sorry to learn of Bob's passing, from our time at Alliance Plastics, we became great friends & had some great times together. I know he was so proud of Jessica & Jeremy & Sande you were the center of his life.I think of Bob often & will miss him terribly but the memory of our times together always brings a smile to my face. Mickey, and Rem, and all of Bob's family, very sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I remember his Edsel and how cool we all thought it (and he) was. And, he let us crazy kids from Brennan's have a party at his boat house. We all remember him fondly.
