Art & family, Many memories come to mind as we learned of Bill's death. He was a legend at Lord, for his many accomplishments. My best memory of him, and you, Art, was in Ajijic on a hillside listening to a mariachi band... may God's love comfort you all in these days ahead. Sending love from SC, Al & LuWanna Johnson

As a young chemist at Lord, I reported to Bill Decrease. He was one of my best managers, and made a significant difference in my career and life. Bill was the most innovative person I ever worked for- always looking for something new and unique. He made a big difference for Lord Corp, also. Thanks, Bill, and rest in peace.
