To the family of Barbara Ross: I'm so glad you posted about Barbara in the Good News of Caney, Ks. We don't take the Coffeyville Journal and I was out of state when she passed so didn't hear it on the radio. Barbara was a friend to me while I was starting to attend the EUB church with my parents in the '60's. She invited me to Sunday School, choir, youth fellowship and Sunday evening church. She always was friendly, smiled, and invited me to her house for lunch. I got married about the time she and her mother moved to Tulsa and we never visited again. We had a friendship that I think meant a lot to both of us. She was a good hearted person. I'm sure she was met with open arms by our Heavenly Father and she's now at peace waiting for us. Our deepest sympathies, and prayers, go to you, Jeanette and Jim! So sorry we could not make the service and reunion...instead of flowers, we will give a gift in her honor for Samaritan's Purse Ministries, in the health/nursing field, since that was obviously a love of Barbara's! God's Blessings on you both, Nancy and Jerry

To the family: Be courageous and strong. When your strength is gone and endurance tested. Do not suffer shock or be terrified for God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9) With deepest sympathy.
