Fayetteville— James Cogdell, 42, passed February 20, 2020. Visitation: Friday February 28, 2020 from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Funeral is Saturday February 29, 2020 1:00 PM. Services will be held in Colvin Funeral Home Chapel, 2010 Murchison Rd Fayetteville. Burial: Falling Run Missionary Church Cemetery.

I'm going to miss waving at him as he would often display love for his parents as he would check in on them...then he would visit a few of the fellas from around the way, always blowing and waving at my mom. We would know he's in the neighborhood without question when we'd see his gray charger. He was a very nice, handsome, respectable young man, who will truly be missed by the neighborhood as well as others. Our sincerest condolences to the Cogdell family. Praying for your strength. J.
