Kelly
I am so sorry to hear about Dean and am sorry I will be unable to make the service. If I had heard about it earlier I would have been there. Dean and I had a lot of good times and he taught me a lot about the Highway Patrol. I have lost a good friend as I have known him for 25 + years. I will remember and think of him always. RIP
