James Tinker Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Judy Tinker of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, David (April) Tinker of Orlando, Fla.; daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly (Jerry) Wells of Jasper, Ala., Denise Dunn (Paul) Hopper of Mississippi; brothers and sisters, Reabun (Ann) Tinker of Alabama, Carolyn Dickey of Alabama, Edward (Joyce) Tinker of Alabama, Nancy (Randy) Reid of Alabama; grandchildren, Katelyn and Hunter Tinker of Florida, Ben, Ethan, Rachel, and Nate Wells of Alabama, Brittaney Rodgers and J.J. Scranton of Mississippi; numerous nieces, nephew, and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27, at 10 a.m. at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Dawsonville, with Dr. Charles Blackstock and the Rev. Frank Whitmire Sr. officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, March 27, at Valhalla Cemetery in Birmingham, Ala., at 2 p.m. CDT. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, March 26, from 6-9 p.m.
