My deepest condolences to the family of Dr. Coleman. He was my first professor when I started my Master's degree at CSUF. I know they are many, many Administrators in the entire valley who were touched by his intelligence and love for education. Rest in peace, Dr. Coleman.

Dr. Coleman and his wife, Eileen, have often been thought of since they left California. I became a school administrator because of his encouragement and support. While his passing saddens me, I am comforted knowing that he will rejoice at the throne of God this Easter. Rest in peace, Dr. Coleman. My condolences to Eileen and his family as they mourn the loss of their beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother.

My condolences to all the family at this time of loss. Don was my friend and colleague as we collaborated in numerous projects while at Fresno State. A truly great educator who we all will miss. His legacy and impact amongst international educators will always be remembered. Dr. Berta Gonzalez

After I retired from teaching in 1997 I didn't want my brain to fall asleep so I volunteered to help Dr. Coleman with a project at CalStateFresno. He was such a joy to work with. I learned more in the 8 years that I worked with him than I had in my entire life. He was so enthusiastic about education and all the realms of learning. I was so sorry when the project was "scrapped" and I never did find another volunteer job as rewarding or fulfilling. My sympathies go out to his loving family.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to Don's family, sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29:11, 12 assures us that God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, and that if we come and pray to Him, He will listen to us. May that bring you comfort in this time of sorrow.
