Victoria Gibbs Obituary
Vicky was born on May 8, 1945 in Rochester N. H., one of four children of Albert and Theresa Zamarchi Auger.
She graduated from Holy Rosary High School in Rochester, N.H. and McIntosh College in Dover, N. H. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1967 where she worked in a variety of secretarial positions. She moved to Pottsboro, Texas in 1977. She married Charles Lonidier on May 4, 1985. He preceded her in death in 1998. She then married Jim Bob Gibbs on May 8, 2007. He preceded her in death in 2008.
For many years she worked at the Terex Reedrill Company in Denison, Texas as a receptionist and switchboard operator. Most recently she worked at the Denison Housing Authority in youth education, teaching computer skills, crafts and child development for the children of those that were in college prep and GED classes.
She was the president of a Rose and Herb group in Denison. Vicky's great passion was dancing and she regularly attended senior dancing clubs in the Sherman and Denison area.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Yarid of Methuen, Mass.; two grandchildren, Rachel and Anastasia Yarid of Methuen, Mass.; sister, Judy Bober and her husband, Ed of Rochester, N.H.; brothers, Paul Auger and his wife, Madeleine of New Durham, N.H. and Phil Auger and his wife, Carolyn of Strafford, N.H.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A mass and burial were held at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Dennison, Texas on Oct. 31st, 2011.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday November 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 71 Lowell St. Rochester, New Hampshire. Relatives and friends are invited.

I worked with her in the Bakery. She had a lovely disposition and made me smile.

To my dear friend Phil & Carolyn & all of the Auger family: We are all getting old and looking at Vicki's picture brought back important memories for me and times that I will always cherish. I always remember how much my grandmother (Vena)liked Vicki and how kind Vicki was to my grandmother. I am sorry to read of her passing and extend my sympathy and friendship always.

I was a neighbor of the Augers. Vicky was born on V/E day and I watched her grow up until she moved to Texas. Vicky was always a very sweet girl. I can' remember seeing her when she was not smiling. I visited her recently at St. Ann's where she was recuperating from hip surgery before going to her daughter's home and then back to Texas. She was the same Vicky with that sweet infectious smile. The face of an Angel, telling us jokes from a notebook she had written them in. As we talked I realized how simple she made life. No complaints and acceptance of things as they were. To Jennifer, Judy, Paul, Phil and your families my heartfelt love and sympathy. Her trials are over and God has called her home. Rest in Peace little Vicky

I am sorry to hear about Vicky. We worked together years ago at Olan Mills Portrait Studio. She was always a sweet woman and I enjoyed working with her. May God bless you!

At one point during Vicky's career at Terex/Reedrill she reported to me. It was a pleasure to know her and have her working at our company. She was very detail oriented, always smiling, pleasant, and took care of her customers. My thoughts and prayers are with your famly.
