Judith Stevens Obituary
She was married to Warren E. Stevens of Frederick, MD for 53 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Tessier. She is survived by siblings Gail Brandenburg of Hagerstown, Leon G. Poole of Florida, Becky Poole of MI, Carl "Bucky" Poole of Brunswick and Kitty Poole of Buckeystown.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, W. Patrick Stevens (Sarah) of Middletown and Evan A. Stevens of Woodsboro. Three grandsons whom she loved dearly, Connor, Luke, and Zachary Stevens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of a funeral, a Celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.

Very sad to see another FHS classmate has passed. She leaves a lovely immedite family, her husband, Warren (also a classmate) her sons and her grandsons. She chose interesting and fulfilling careers and had many friends and acquaintances. My sincerest condolences to her entire family. Life and death go hand and hand, but life is the hopeful beginning, and death is the loss of physical form., which is the most difficult part to experience. There was no date of death or reason given, so I'll update my 1964 Classmate's Deceased Registry as best I can.

We all graduated together but I had no idea Judy had gone on to become a Registered Nurse and that she also worked in the accounting field. I always remember Judy´s friendly voice when answering the phone. We´d have a short friendly chat and then she would pass the phone. Always saw her surrounded by the kids. What a wonderful lady.

So many fond memories... Tax season in at H&R Block was our favorite..We wouldn't have time to eat, so I would bring cheese saltine crackers to stick in the drawers of our desk, and then she would bring them the next time, and so on... I'd come into the office early in the morning and she would have Barbra Streisand on the stereo through the whole office... I really enjoyed that.. We also loved a challenge of research...lol.. I have so many great memories with her... I'm going to miss our yearly messaging of Tax talk, and politics...
