I just left a message, Uncle Kenny, as it's been a few months since our last chat. Something told me to look up obituaries... why am I so morbid? I know that made you chuckle. It made me cry though. With Grace as my Godmother, you've always been considered as my backup Godfather. I looked to you for much inspiration and guidance over these 40 years. I have loved how much we've seen eye- to- eye. I'm grateful that you have been able to meet and spend time with my little Coen on those occasions. You truly have been a voice of reason and guidance for me. I love that you're now free to roam and be the wild you, but I cried to know that I cannot hear your voice. I'm selfish, I suppose.
I love you so very much. Thank you for everything you've done for me, the enlightenment, the advice, the love.

I became friends with Kenny through our mutual friend Judy McMoran. Always enjoyed talking to Kenny. He was always full of energy and in a great mood. Kenny, my friend, you will be missed!

So sorry for the loss of one of God's loving children. He tended to those most beautiful God's creations who have no voice and showed them so much love. He will be truly missed and the world is so much poorer. Rest well and Rest In Peace my friend. God has welcomed you into his eternal kingdom.

I knew Kenny, Grace and their girls for many years. Kenny loved horses and spent time with my horse-lover-owner Dad, Ryland Heflin. Kenny was always smiling and entertaining and always there to help when needed. I miss those days - carefree on the farms. My love to the family. I have so many fun wonderful memories.

I met Kenny at work. He was always smiling and kind. He always seemed to have a story to tell. I never saw Kenny that he wasn't happy and laughing. I didn't know him all that well, but I had read about the many things he was working on with the Rappahannock River. It was a joy to have know him. May God comfort his family and grant them peace. Prayers for his family.
