Carmen Garcia Obituary
Carmen peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Carmen was born on October 24, 1935 in Dinuba, Ca. She retired from F.U.S.D. Food Services in 2004 after 15 years of service.
Carmen will be most remembered for her loving and caring ways. She loved nothing more than to take care of and cook for her family. It brought her great joy to have everyone over for a home cooked meal. Another love was her Yorkie, Kia. Kia was her best buddy.
Carmen also enjoyed taking her chances at Chukchansi, regularly.
Carmen is now dancing over the stars with her loving husband of 49 years, Ted Garcia.
She is survived by her children, Lenny and Valari Garcia, Corina and Tom Amoruso, Marty and Janet Garcia; six grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Monday, June 1, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
