David Benjamin Smith was born in Clovis, Ca., on April 3, 1989, and at the young age of 19, his life was taken from him on Tuesday, March 17, 2009.
He was just getting his life together and getting on the right track.
He had so much promise and so much to offer. David was intelligently gifted. He could build a computer from scratch.
We love you David and we will greatly miss you.
He worked for Alorica as a Tech Support Agent for Home Electronic Products.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Smith.
He is survived by his father, David Smith; and brother Joe Smith' grandmother, Helen Smith; former foster parent, Sherry Wright; girlfriend Christina Ceballos; and numerous friends including Gina Vasquez.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Clovis Funeral Home, 1302 Clovis Ave., in Clovis, Ca., on Friday, March 27, 2009, at 1:00 p.m., and a Memorial Service will follow at the Clovis Cemetary, 305 N Villa Ave, Clovis, Ca. CLOVIS FUNERAL CHAPEL 1302 Clovis Avenue Clovis, Ca. (559)298-7536

It seems so unfair that a young man of david's talent and personality would be taken from us so soon and in such a manner. He will definitely be missed by many. David, we love you. Our condolences to davids family and girlfriend.

wow!!! David. I could not believe what had happened. i read the Newspaper on April 16 on the update on the case. when i read it. i cried i cried like a baby. you did not deserve what had happened to you.
It was so awesome to hangout with you in high school. We did sometimes talk and oh my gosh were you amazing to talk to. you were a great friend to everybody who got to know you
You will always remain in my heart and soul. YOu will be missed very much by me and all our friends.

Didn't know David that well, as I had only met him once when he was living with my friend Julie. My thoughts and prayers are with those that knew him. Sorry for your loss.
