I had the pleasure of knowing Eric through Renesas Electronics. He was a very nice and helpful man. He gave great working support for our office and myself. Eric and I would have great conversations about things other than work matters. I will miss him. Rest in peace my friend and my you be among the beautiful flowers in Heaven!

Our thoughts, prayers and love are with Linda and family. Eric was the most adorable little boy youve ever seen! He looked like a cherub-blond curls, blue eyes and rosy cheeks. God bless his soul.

Eric & I were 5 years old when we met. He lived around the corner from me. We went to school together up until we were 18 years old. We rode our bikes together & played on swing sets, trick or treated together, marched in band together, wrote notes to each other in high school & went to Prom with the same group of special friends that I know he loved. His home was a 2nd home for me & I loved being there. Im overwhelmed by my memories of him. They were all the best memories I have. Laughter was his gift. Just hearing him laugh made me laugh. I recently had a dream we were back at his old house in Butler standing in the driveway with our friends from high school. He was close, but seemed far. I wanted to speak to him, to tell him something, but he was looking in a different direction & seemed content I didnt want to disturb him. I woke up feeling sad. The next day I learned he passed away. Now my heart feels there is a piece missing, tethered to a friend who did so much for my soul that I wont see again in this lifetime. But I do believe I will see him again. The dream somehow comforts me, because I feel he is at peace & he made it home. Lynda, I wish I was there to give you a big hug. Your son was my childhood & meant more to me than you or he ever knew. My prayers are all for you, Your family, for Eric & for Ray.

Eric & I were friends from young adulthood all the way until a few years ago when we had a falling out. I often picked up the phone to call and apologize but would lose my nerve which is now something I will regret for the rest of my life. Eric was a beautiful soul. He was warm, funny, creative and would give you the clothes off his back. He was also fearless. My mind races thinking of all the hours we spent howling in laughter until we would cry. He was a wonderful cook and interior decorator. He made the spaces he occupied into beautiful havens. If I could have one more moment, Id tell him I was sorry for being a terrible friend for letting the years slip by without reaching out. He has and always will be close to my heart. I love you E! Rest In Peace you sweet and gentle soul.

Eric was a good neighbor and a friend to me. We shared an appreciation for hummingbirds and he helped me with how to attract and properly feed them. I was always cheered by the sight of the beautiful flowers he cultivated around their home. We had many good conversations about a variety of subjects and I came to appreciate his gentle and caring heart. The thing I will always remember with great gratitude is him taking the time and effort to retrieve our beloved dog Riley when he broke out from the invisible fence one evening while we were away. He brought him back home and put him inside our screened in porch and his mother, Lynda called my cell to let me know. I will miss Eric.
