Robert C. Grant Obituary
Dr. Robert C. Grant passed away on April 28, 2016, at 83 years of age.
Dr. Grant was a kind man who served countless patients for 40 years through his medical practice in Gainesville, Ga. He was a loving husband and devoted father who was always available to help others.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Geneva Grant; and his wife, Nancy Grant.
He is survived by his children, Michelle Grant, Bob Grant, and Phillip and Kathy Grant; grandchildren, Allison Grant, Lindsey Grant; family friend, Elizabeth Strickland; cousins, Linda Waldrip Rose, Joy Pethel, Colton Quinones, Loren Quinones, Adrian Quinones, Alex Garcia, Anthony Garcia and Matthew Pethel. He is also survived by a number of other relatives and friends.
The family is grateful for the kind caregiving of Pat Abernathy and Michelle Osborn.
A graveside service will be on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, 11 a.m. at Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Monday, May 2, 2016, from 6-8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Northeast Georgia Hospice and Hall County Humane Society.

Dr. Grant was a family member first and a doctor to us second. He was the most wonderful man! I loved seeing his Mickey Mouse watch that he wore proudly, a gift from one of his granddaughters! He will be missed greatly by so many! Michael, Beverly and Dorothy Nelle Nix Barker.
