Frederick Latz Obituary
He was born July 31, 1954 in Buffalo, New York to the late Frederick and Ida Jane Rote Breakfield.
Preceded in death by his brother Leon Latz.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Patricia Carol Morgan Latz; daughters, Christy Latz of Austin Texas, Lisa Awatere of Hamilton, New Zealand; son Sean Montgomery and wife Becky of Grover, NC, Stephen Matika of Hamilton, NC; sister Mary Ann Melton and Rocky Goforth of Kings Mountain; nephew Robert Melton and wife Angela of Kings Mountain; aunt Alice Rote of Kings Mountain; 5 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Rick's life will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018 in the Sisk-Butler Chapel with Rev. Mike Chambers and Rev. Kenneth Bell officiating.
Interment will follow at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain.
His family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
