Margaret Ratchford Obituary
A homemaker, Margaret was a 1946 graduate of Clover High School. She was a member of Christ Church at River's Edge. Margaret enjoyed yard work, gardening, cooking and sewing.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Paul Neil Ratchford, Sr.; daughter, Patsy Edwards; daughter-in-law, Pat Ratchford; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Nellie Meek; sister, Dorothy Stewart.
Margaret is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Terry Ratchford, and Paul and Wendy Ratchford; daughters and sons-in-law, Libby and Calvin Reese, and Ellen and John Cox; brother, Larry Meek; brother-in-law, Ray Stewart; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
Family and friends of Margaret Ratchford are invited to attend her funeral service beginning at 3:00 PM Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from the graveside at Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Pastor Ray Krontorad will officiate. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.

Thank you, Mrs Ratchford for always treating me like one of your own..from letting me spend the night any time I wanted, to always leaving the back door open, to letting me "practice" cutting your hair when I was in Beauty school. It never seemed to bother you if I was there. I remember you always being busy..out in the yard or up at the turkeys or in the basement grinding out sausage. Now it is finally time for you to rest and enjoy being with all your loved ones again. I love you.
