David Harold "Dave" Seitzinger died April 26.
He was born in Medford to Audrey Lucas and Willard Seitzinger. He was raised in Monroe and spent the majority of his life in the construction industry. He started out working at the local brickyard with his grandfather and worked to become a hod carrier, and eventually a bricklayer, working on job sites throughout Oregon.
He is survived by his devoted son Mitchell, his loving sister Jeanne Westberry, and two grandsons, Robert and Alexander. Dave's other son, Del, predeceased Dave, passing away Aug. 11, 2005. He will also be missed by hundreds of friends and acquaintances that he met during his lifetime. His family says, "Dave will truly by missed, but we know he is in heaven and we will see him again."
A gathering in his honor will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 21, at Rolling Hills Community Church, 3550 S.W. Borland Road, Tualatin, OR 97062, 503-638-5900.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Rolling Hills Building Fund.
