Mr. Reed many years ago would join Mike and our group in our poker games at the Reed house! After a couple of hours of flee sing the group and taking our money he would leave with all of our money. Both he and Hilda and the entire Reed family were a tremendous influence in my life. Can't remember anyone in my life that I respected more than Mr. Reed. He was a standup guy!

Tom and Dawn, Mrs Reed and Reed Family,

Expressing our Sympathy in the passing of Mr. Reed. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Reed and enjoyed many moments with him. I learned to play, "Bingo, Bango, Bongo" on the golf course. I learned when playing cards..if "you win it, play it". Also when returning home from Torch Lake you always had to stop at the House of Flavors in Big Rapids for a "Triple Dip". In books written "on tHe Greatest Generation"
it is written these men served their country, their families and their communities. Thinking of you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mike and Jane .

Dear Hilda,
My parents (John & Virginia Haggarty) share a lifetime of memories with Bill and you. In our family albums, there are black & white photos of a very young foursome with no children around tugging at the legs. One famous story was of Bill and Dad concocting a potato chip dip recipe and Mom and you selling it in grocery stores. We know Bill did much better in future business endeavors. He was a genuinely kind man who was deeply respected and admired not only for his business skills, but more so for his profound love of family and generosity toward others. Bill is with God. Our prayers are for your family and especially for you, Hilda. Our family sends you our love.
