Dave and Families;
Everyone has great memories of your mother and the times spent around her when we were all young. I know she wondered sometimes why many of us traveled to the East End to play, and she always was smiling(or yelling at Ed) when we were around your home. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

To all the family and friends of Bea, my heart and prayers go out to you. She was such a light in your lives. Just the sweetest smile and wonderful sense of humor. I still remember her in Betty and Mikes house on 5th Ave. She was drinking wine with all of us and my Aunt Eva Barlet. She had such fun and only spilled a little on herself. What a great lady. She will be your light and star in the night sky, just look up and there she'll be. Bless you all. Shelley Marra Great Falls,Mt.

Grandma Bea,
My heart aches for you. My life was so blessed having you be a part of it. Thank you for all of the love you shared with me. I loved our time together playing cribbage, watching the Cubs and soap operas, painting finger nails, putting on make up, sharing traditions, going to the Dairy Queen, being Catholic and so much more. I love you and am so happy you are with Grandpa again. Patti Lu

The world has lost a truly wonderful, happy person. She had to have had a great sense of humor to have raised those two girls! Rest in peace Bea, you certainly deserved it. Judi Holsapple Gomke

What can one say about a woman like Bea English. I've known Dave all of my life and that's been awhile. So when you try to remember things in your early formative years it gets harder all the time to remember a lot of details. But what I do remember about growing up on the east side of Havre and being part of that neighborhood family is the happiness and love. When one remembers the good old days and everything about them that makes you want to go back there so badly, that is Bea English. I don't remember a lot of times and details about being around Bea. But I do have this perpetual memory etched in my mind of one of the happiest, friendiest, nicest mothers I can remember. She always had loving smile on her face. And it also seems to me there were usually fresh cookies in the house. But truly, Bea was everything that made the good old days good. Dave, Eddie, Tony, Betty, and from what I remember of meeting Frank and Cookie maybe once or twice; they all always have a big smile on their faces and a gleam in their eyes. They are all wonderful people and that is the true testament to who Bea was. My heart goes out to all of you who are part of the English family for your loss. But we all know Bea is in a better place and our hearts will mend once the grieving is finished. God Bless you all and God Bless Bea English.

The first time I met Bea, was in Anacortes at Cookie's house. Dave and I were dating and he decided that I needed to meet his sister and mom. (Bea was visiting Cookie in Anacortes, WA). I flew in from Spokane, and Dave who flew in from Pasco was already there. I was a nervous wreck and wanted to make a good impression, so I wore slacks, a fancy top, and heels. His mom took one look at me and made a comment about me being too fancy for Dave with "my designer clothes". I felt so dumb. It took her a while to warm up to me, but when she did, we loved each other. We had so many things in common and even when Bea's mind was failing, and she no longer knew my name, she would still look at me and ask, "are you still sewing up some pretty things?" Bea taught me how to make homemade ravioli, and Bacala', and I have since passed on those traditions to our own children. This Christmas Eve when we are making our traditional Bacala, we will be thinking of our dear mother, grandma, and great-grandma.... and I am sure she will be smiling down on us all!
I will miss you so much Bea, but I'm happy that you are finally back together forever with Emilio.

We have only met Bea a few times but each was a pleasure. She was, and is, a strong woman to be envious of. She lived a good life we could all learn from and expand upon. Rest in peace Bea. You deserve it. The world is a greater place because of you and even better with you looking over it. Love Mike & Brenda Foley and family

I worked with Bea at the Sweet Nursing Home. She had the most beautiful smile. She always had a hug and kiss for me. I will miss her with all my heart. Thank you for letting us take care of her. Love, Melissa

Hello Cousins,
Cookie and I talked this morning. The family is now complete in heaven. Aunt Bea was my God Mother and I loved her dearly. The trips to Havre and the spaghetti dinners are indelibly etched in my memory. God bless you all in this sad time but know that you are all loved and remembered. A bear hug to you all. I love you all.

I will never forget the first time I met Bea and Mil. Frank brought this "city" girl from Maine to the great wild west to meet his parents. They were both so kind to me. Getting to know them and their family made me feel comfortable and loved.
God Bless you, Bea for giving me so many memories of you for the past 49 years. My heart aches today. Peace be with you,
Dianne

English Family-
I was greatly saddened to learn of the loss of your precious Bea. When someone you love dies, it leaves an empty spot in your heart which could never be filled by any other person. What a wonderful gift we have from god in memories. When you close your eyes, you can see and remember Bea just as she was when she was happy and healthy. Soon, in a new world of god's making, all pain, suffering and sickness will be gone forever. Until then, I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
A friend.

Sorry to hear about your Mom. Her and my Mom remained fairly good friends after they met when we lived across the street from you in the Davis house in the 50's. I hope all your memories are good ones. My prayers go out to all of you.
