Larry N. White

Larry Noble White, 54, of 109 Vinewood Court, Simpsonville, husband of Malvena Buckner White, died Friday, Aug. 16, 2002, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Tyrrell County, N.C., he was the son of the late Claude White and Lottie Dunbar White. He was an employee with Cryovac in the shipping department and amember of Three Strands Christian Church. Mr. White served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He is survived by a son, Alan White of Simpsonville; one brother, Reginald White and his wife, Zula of Columbia, N.C.; a loving mother-in-law, Laura "Mom" Buckner of Simpsonville. He was predeceased by three brothers.

Visitation will be held today, Aug. 19, 2002, at Cannon Funerals and Cremations in Simpsonville from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2002, in Cannon Funerals and Cremations Chapel at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Decker officiating.

Interment will be held at Cannon Memorial Park, Fountain Inn.
