Ronald "Rick" Sutherland

Simpsonville

Ronald "Rick" Sutherland, 58, of Simpsonville, husband of Toni Renee Atkins Sutherland, died Wednesday, October 10, 2012.

Born in Kingsport, TN, he was the son of the late Curtis Cecil and Frances Nell Doran Sutherland.

Rick was formerly a mechanic for Cycle Specialties. He was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Curtis Neil Sutherland; a daughter, Tristan Sutherland; sisters Barbara "Tootsie" Arnold, Deborah Sanford, and Nancy Pineda and husband Rodrigo; five nephews and six nieces.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 3 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown.

The family will be at the home of Nancy Pineda, 261 Pinnacle Lake Rd., Marietta, SC 29661
