MARIANNE ROWLEY Obituary
Marianne C. Rowley, age 91, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 in Green Valley, AZ. She was born in Munich, Germany on April 19, 1925. She lived through the devastation of WWII and immigrated to the United States in 1952 and became a U.S. citizen.
Marianne was an accomplished pianist, painter, ballet dancer and equestrian. She was outspoken and direct as well as loving and generous with a great sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her husband Don Rowley and her son Charles A. Roberts. She is survived by her son H.P. Hoffman and granddaughters Alexandra Roberts, Rebecca Hoffman-White and great-granddaughter Chloe Sophia White. We will miss her very much.
A memorial service will be held at Our Lady of the Valley Parish, on Friday, Dec.16, at 10 a.m. The church is at 505 N. La Canada, Green Valley, AZ. We would like to extend our gratitude to her loving friends and neighbors who gave her so much love and support.

When my dad died ,we were all worried about our newly widowed Mother, but Marianne assured us she would be fine, & then they traveled the world, healing wounds. Marianne was a beautiful & wise soul, My Mom loved her & we appreciated her strength and encouragement. VERY missed!
