My dearest Daddy,

I miss you so much. I wish I could give you another hug, see your smile, and once again hear your laugh. You were an incredible father and you left a wonderful legacy for me, my husband, and my brothers and their wives. Thank you for being an example of what a GREAT man should be and also for truly being an American hero. Thank you for serving our country, serving the public, and taking care of your family.

I wish I could tell you how much you mean to me, but I am sure you know. Thank you for teaching me so many wonderful lessons and for leading me on the right path. Even though my heart is broken since you have passed away, I will continue to be what you have taught me to be: strong, honest, loyal, patriotic, and loving.

I love you and miss you so much. You will be remembered forever and deeply missed. Please take care of Mom and Gilly.

With honor and love,

Your daughter,

My handsome daddy!
