Bonnie Collins Obituary
She was born June 1, 1942, in St. Joe, to Olaf and Nellie Bera Jones Dixon. She loved being outdoors, working in her flower beds. Her sunroom was filled with flowers and tons of arts and crafts she would make. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ronnie Dixon; and a sister, Bera Ann Crawford.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Joe Neal Collins of Bergman; four children, Peggy Hollan of Compton, Patricia Lemon of Harrison, Darrell Pace of Bergman and David Pace of Bergman; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two stepsons, Donald and Ronald Collins, both of Bergman; numerous step-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 17, at Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison with Pastor Mark Bailey officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Holt Memorial Chapel.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Jim Hollan, Darrell Pace, David Pace, Shane McBay, Kenny Kelley, and Cameron Pace. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald and Ronald Collins.
