Andrea Bertussi Obituary

Andréa Rose Bertussi, (née Cantrell), 52, of Manchester, CT, passed away on Monday, February 06, 2023.

Andréa was born to Bruce Cantrell and Yvette (Bedard) Cantrell in Hartford, CT in 1970, the youngest of five girls. She was a graduate of Manchester High School. She was a resident of Broad Brook, CT before purchasing a home in Manchester.

In addition to her mother, Andréa is survived by her husband of 27 years, Richard "Todd" Bertussi, her daughters Nichole Bissonnette and her husband Robert, Kayla Bertussi and her wife Ashley, Chelsea Bertussi and her partner Scott Ireland, her granddaughter Emily Bissonnette, her grandson Bobby Bissonnette, her sisters Cheryl Dec and Renée Meucci and her brothers-in-law Paul Meucci, Jeffrey Warner and Durward Croft, William "Tony" Bertussi and his wife Connie, and sister-in-law Terra (Bertussi) Butler and her husband Maceo, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Bruce Cantrell, and her sisters Denise Cantrell and Celeste Cantrell.

Andréa was employed as an Administrative Assistant by Spectrum Healthcare in Vernon, CT, until the business closed. She was an important part of the caregiving for her sisters Celeste and Denise during their illnesses in 2020 and 2022.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the charity of your choice.
