Grampa, we miss you very much. You were such an inspiration to our family, brilliant, thoughtful, generous, loving, passionate, driven, devoted, hardworking, protective...I could go on forever. We have a lot to live up to, but you kindly passed along the tools. Thank you for always being there for us. We love you so much and can't wait to see you and Gram again! Save a seat for us at the jazz concert :-)

Dear Mom and Aunty Karen,

We are so sorry for the loss of your loving dad. Grandpa was such a wonderful man who had a deep love for his family. His wisdom, compassion and worldly understanding was immeasurable. We will miss him so much and are finding some comfort in thinking about him and Gram together again, hand in hand.

To my wonderful, loving and joyful Dad - I am going to miss you so much. Spending the days at Hammonasset Beach and Rocky Hill ferry slip watching the water were so precious to me. I was so lucky to be your daughter. I will treasure all of our conversations about world economies and politics. You were my comfort, my steady voice when I needed guidance. You were such a generous person and always made the right and honorable decisions. I know you are with our Mom, holding hands, sipping tea and eating scones. Your apple dumpling, Kim
