Jerome P. Wade

WADE -Jerome P. Wade, born July 16, 1921 in Whitesboro, Texas, passed away September 28, 2002, after a short illness. Jerry was a twin and youngest of 15 children. An excepti onal student and devout Catholic, he graduated from Campian High School in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. After proudly serving his country in the Army Air Corps in Italy during WWII, he settled in Whittier, California, to raise a family. Jerry was an avid bowler who enjoyed years of league play. He retired in 1991 from his own agency after 44 successful years in the insurance business. He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; devoted sons, John, Tony, and Michael; adoring grandchildren, Garrett and Brian ; and sister, Hallie Wade. A Mass and Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 2, 2002 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 13935 Telegraph Road, Whittier.
