Senior Patrolman Joe Micale was the first officer I rode with when I was a Rookie in 1986. He taught me life lessons about people and how to treat and respect people . I have passed down to my children his wisdom on humanity and I still live by that today. Joe was a great man and will be missed by many. May God comfort your family in this time of sadness .
