To the Senatro Family,
While we have been gone from the Newington neighborhood for many years, we always enjoyed and look back fondly on the times we shared as neighbors. We all grew up as very fortunate kids with such terrific parents that loved and cared for us so well. Many people do not have those memories to look back on. I send my thoughts and prayers to all of you and also please accept my mother's sincere condolences on the loss of Lucy.

Buddy, Stephen, Donna and Cindy,

I am so sorry for your loss. I have many fond childhood memories of being with all of you. I always get a warm feeling when I think of all the times we sat together in the cottage to eat together. I thought that casserole that Lucy and Ro made was so wonderful. Now that I think back it was probably macaroni and chesse with tomatoes. Back then I thought it was the best meal ever because I was sharing it with people I loved and that loved me back. I wish I could be there to help you through this time but I can't. I will send my love through Cathy. Please know that I will be praying for all of you and that you hold a special place in my heart. Love, Janice Moore

Dear Family, We are so saddened to learn of Lucy's passing, especially so soon after losing Ro-Ro, her sister and best friend. I will never forget the love, friendship, and sisterhood we shared growing up together, Auntie Antoinette was never sure if she had 2 daughters or 3. Our last visit to Ct. was so warm and full of genuine love from the whole family, the dinners, conversation and laughter we all shared will never be forgoten. I will miss Lucy and Ro-Ro so very much, and I hope Your wonderful memories will carry all of you through this difficult time. Cousin RO and family

To Bud, Cindy, Donna and Steve,

We are so very sorry for the loss of Lucy. Our most fun times in Saybrook Manor were with the Senatros and other neighbors. Always warm and welcoming, Lucy was a special lady. Bud and Lucy were superb hosts and hostesses entertaining in their beautiful summer home. We always left laughing and with admiration for their relationship and that of their whole family. Lucy seemed so proud and very happy to update us on the children and grandchildren. You are all very lucky to have had her in your lives.
