Martha FRANTZ

FRANTZ, Martha (Grablowski) Martha Ann (Grablowski) Frantz, 75, of Lebanon, passed away suddenly Friday evening (January 14, 2011). Born January 28, 1935 in Waterbury, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Martha (Danieleski) Grablowski. Ms. Frantz was a secretary in the area, most recently for TVCCA for the past 10 years and S&S Worldwide for 25 years prior. She loved to make arts and crafts and will be remembered for the numerous hand-knitted creations that will be cherished by many for years to come. Over the years, she was proud to help animals in need and made a loving home for numerous rescue dogs. She is survived by a son, Christopher Frantz of Lebanon; a stepson, Gregory Frantz of North Carolina; two sisters, Adele Orlando of Cheshire and Frannie Mantiglia of Hamden; a brother, Michael Grablowski of Oregon; and numerous extended family members and friends. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Monday at the Aurora-McCarthy Funeral Home, 167 Old Hartford Road, Colchester. A Vigil Service will be observed at 5:45 p.m. Burial will be private.
