Bob Hartman-a true legend to many of us in Wethersfield, CT. He was an incredible, dedicated swim coach. He will forever hold a special place in our memory box. Before each USS meet we would gather and he'd read to us from the book Jonathan Livingston Seagull. We hope you're flying high bob. And we are all STilL astonished that he would ski to our swim practices!

I remember Bob well from 1980 as a fine chemistry teacher, a class which was not to my true preference, he set high standards of fairness and scholarship which have lasted with me. I am sorry for your loss.
