Elizabeth Ann Thacker, 57, departed this life on Thursday, May 21, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. Elizabeth Ann Thacker was born in Salyersville, and was preceded in death by her son, Randall Gordon Daniels.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Thacker, of Bonnyman; two sons, James Daniels and Helen, of Lost Creek, and Odell Thacker and Jessica, of Bonnyman; two step-sons, Jake Thacker and Earlene, of Couchtown, and Shawn Thacker, of Harrison, Ohio; three step-daughters, Nancy Thacker and Ashley, of Harrison, Ohio, Corna Rutherford and Michael, of Somerset, and Gladys Sizemore and Gilbert, of Scottsburg, Ind.; 14 grandchildren, Jayme, Aubrey, and William, Jr., Thacker, Kayla and Bradley Everidge, Stacy Hazelwood, Cody, Kasey, and Bradley Carlson, Gilbert and Michael Sizemore, Caleb and Jacob Thacker, and Daniel Coffey; two special friends, Kevin and Natalie Sellers; and a host of special nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
Arrangements were handled by the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home In Hazard, where family received friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 23, and funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Sunday, May 24, with Merill David Collins officiating. Interment was at the Thacker Cemetery in Dunraven.
