PHYLLIS BUTCHER Obituary
PHYLLIS LORENE BUTCHER, 87, of Huntington, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 5, 2017. Memorial services will be conducted at noon Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Tom Ross. She was born March 16, 1930, in Barboursville, a daughter of the late John Cremeans and Beula Algeo Porter. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tami Franklin and two brothers, Paul Porter and Charles Porter. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Lisa and Jerry Childress of South Point, Ohio; one son, Jacy Crawford of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters, Joan Cummings of Milton and Margie Singer and her husband Lou of Fort Mill, S.C.; three grandchildren, Eric and Kelsey Ross, Jeffrey Franklin and Chasity Scarberry and Amanda Franklin; three great-grandchildren, Grace Ross, Conner Franklin and Kenzie Holmes; and Donald Hill, whom Phyllis thought of as a son. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
