Sandage-Edens BLUE MOUND - Susan R. Sandage-Edens, 40, of Greenwood, S.C., formerly of Blue Mound, died Aug. 16, 2007. Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday in Meridian Community Church of God, Blue Mound. No visitation. Reception following at Kim Shondel Goodbrake, 5985 N. Main St., Boody. Memorials: Meridian Community Church of God. Susan was born July 15, 1967, the daughter of Dave E. Sandage and Linda Edgecombe Sunderland. She graduated from Blue Mound High School Class of 1985. She worked in private home care in S.C. She loved to collect Precious Moment figurines, spend time with her family and ride Harley-Davidson motorcycles. She married Chris Edens in Sept. 1989, in Stonington. Surviving are her sons, Harley, Dalton and Dakota Edens of Greenwood, S.C.; father and stepmother, Dave and Roz Sandage of Decatur; mother-in-law Patty Edens of Abbeville, S.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca and Gary Whitehurst of Blue Mound; brothers, David Sandage, Bill Sandage and wife Pat, Michael Sandage, all of Decatur; special aunt Cecilia Morris and husband Paul of Decatur; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
