I worked for Jim for most of my 18 years with KPEFCU. He inspired me to learn computers and I had the pleasure to run the Accounting/Data processing department. He taught me so much, probably more than he ever realized. I have so many wonderful and fun memories of our time working together. He was an avid biker and hiker and many years hiked down the rogue river to the coast. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to Kay his wife and all the other wonderful people who knew him.

Hands down, the best boss I ever had. Jim was so kind to anyone who needed help and always had a smile. He treated all his employees as if they were family. Russ and I enjoyed our dinners with Jim and Kay, as well as the great conversations. His last words to me were "love ya, girl!", as I went out their door. I will miss him more than I can say. Love ya, Jim!

I'm going to miss Jim. He was a great volunteer for the rails to trails group and for the OC&E Trail. I enjoyed the many working meetings with Kay and Jim. Jim was thoughtful and offered many good ideas. He also told good stories once in a while. Rest in peace, Jim
