Guy M. Binion

1931 - 2015

BONHAM - Mr. Guy M. Binion, 83 year old Bonham resident, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the Woodmore in Bonham. Guy was born March 12, 1931 in Ector, Texas to parents George Washington Binion and Roxie (McCormick) Binion. He married Miss Ruth Mitchell on June 9, 1952 in Sherman, Texas.
Guy was a member of the Fannin Bible Baptist Church in Bonham, and was a Retired Custodial Superintendent of the Richardson ISD. Guy and his wife, Ruth, returned to Bonham to live after their retirements. Ruth pre-deceased him on March 18, 2010.

Mr. Binion is survived by his two sons and their wives: Glen and Linda Miller of Windcrest, Texas and Jimmy and Pat Binion of Lannius, Texas; by four grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and his son, Bobby Lee Binion.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staffs of the Woodmore, Heart to Heart Hospice and to Rebecca Clark of Home Health who all took such good care of their dad and made his life better the last few years.

Funeral services for Guy are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb 28, at the Fannin Bible Baptist Church with Reverend Ralph Brown officiating, and burial at Carson Cemetery in Ector. The family will greet friends at the Mullican-Little Funeral Home in Bells/Savoy from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday.
