Barbara Morgan

1938 - 2023

In Loving memory of Barbara Jean Morgan.

Barb was born April 15, 1938, in Waukesha, WI and passed on December 12, 2023 in Everett, WA.

She moved to Seattle when she was 9, where she later met Charles E. Morgan Jr. and they married on June 20, 1958. In 1966 they moved with their 3 children Janet, Jean & Charlie, to their home on Beverly Lake in Everett. Barbara was very active with KAPS and Children's Hospital. She was a founding member along with husband of the North County Soccer League and played bridge with groups in Everett. After raising the children, Barb worked with her husband and son at Charles Morgan & Associates.

Barb will be remembered for her love of family, infectious laugh, desire to travel, love of a good party - she really knew how to throw one, decorating for the holidays - with a lot of help from the family - anyone who has driven by their house from Halloween to Easter has seen the decorations on the roof and in the yard, her stubbornness and in the end her way of communicating with her finger - to let you know that she recognized you.

Barb is preceded in death by her husband Charles Jr., her parents, Arthur & Dorothy Mitchell, her brother Larry Mitchell, her sister Joyce Bloch and grandson Tony Morgan. She is survived by her sister Sharon Clark, her children Janet & Barry Decko, Jean Morgan, Charlie Morgan, her grandchildren Emily & Eric Battisti, Nikolay, Lyubov & Lev Morgan and her great grandsons Remy & Owen Battisti.

The family would like to thank all at The Terrace at Beverly Lake and Hospice for their kind and expert care they gave Barb in her final years. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that a donation in her memory be made to either Kidney Auxiliary of Puget Sound (KAPS) or Children's Hospital Uncompensated Care Fund.
