Penelope "Penny" Ann Johnstone

Penelope "Penny" Ann Johnstone, 71, was born April 15, 1941 in Warren, Pennsylvania. On July 16, 2012, Penelope Ann Johnstone closed her eyes for the final time, and slipped peacefully away into eternity.
She was a beloved mother of five children, a faithful and caring wife, and a loving, generous friend to all who knew her. Penny was active in her community both politically and socially. She loved and deeply respected animals and instilled that same character unto her children. A talented artist at heart, she spent much of her time drawing, painting, crafting, sewing, and wouldn't hesitate to help anyone wishing to learn. Penelope always happily shared a story about her favorite Johnny Carson moment, stories from her upbringing in Pennsylvania, or shared a recipe for an excellent Caesar Salad. Penny will be dearly missed by all those she touched with her gentle kindness over the years. From the bottom of all our hearts we would like to say, "Thank you, Penelope. Be at peace. We love you so very, very much".
Penny was preceded in death by her brother, William Duff Jr.; father, William Duff Sr.; mother, Margaret Duff; and husband, Dorn Kenneth Johnstone.
She is survived by brothers, Greg Duff and Robert Duff; sons, Bryan John-stone, Timothy (DeeAnn) Johnstone; daughter, Heather Johnstone; son, David Johnstone and fiancé Ginny Ybarra: son, Michael and (Tiffany A.) Johnstone; grandchildren, Kayla John-stone, Tiffany Johnstone, Alex Johnstone, Braeden and Aaeden Johnstone, and Meagan Johnstone.
