Sad to hear of Dick's passing. We worked together at GTE/Verizon. He always had a grin on his face. RIP Dick. My thoughts are with his family.

I worked with Dick at GTE in COE Installation. Dick was ALWAYS kind, courteous, dressed neat as a pin and great to know. I know he loved to drive around taking day trips... I saw him drive by my place one day, way up here in Stanwood :) He was a pleasure to work with. He's been in my thoughts the past few months. Sorry to hear of his passing. I know all of you will dearly miss him. He was a great guy. Juanita, I know he really loved you :)

My life is much richer having known, Dad Dick. I will never forget his smile. It always warmed my heart & his hugs made me feel welcomed. Dick will live on in the stories we share along with all the lives & hearts he touched. Love to all you Shavers ❤ RIP Dad Dick. ❤

Our sympathy and prayers go out to Juanita and family on the passing of Dick. I worked and we spent numerous hours with Dick and Juanita here and in Plain at their cabin. His sense of humor and smile will be missed by many. RIP my friend you will always be an FI.
