Monique S. Roberge

Monique S. Monica (Clemens) Roberge, 79, of Somerset, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Saint Annes Hospital in Fall River. She was the wife of the late Henry Roberge Jr. Monique was born in Liege, Belgium the daughter of the late Joseph and Hubertine (Renard). Mrs. Roberge began working as an assembler for Trina in Fall River and then as a waitress for many years at Grand Central Market in Somerset before retiring. Monica volunteered at Clifton and was active at one time with the Dandelions in Dighton. Mrs. Roberge enjoyed dancing and gardening. She cherished the times spent with her family and friends. Survivors are two daughters: Michele S. Farias and her husband Paul of Somerset, MA; Denise F. Chagnon and her husband Steven of Somerset, MA; a son: Marcel Roberge and his fiancee Lori Thomas of Somerset, MA; six grandchildren: Tanya, Eliza, Tyler, Nicole, Tatum, Philip; four great grandchildren: Breanna, Lukas, Ben, Sawyer; two sisters: Simone Dalton and Mary Costa both of Fall River, MA; along with several nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10am in the Hathaway Community Home for Funerals, 900 Buffinton Street, Somerset. Relatives and friends are invited to attend, burial to follow in Saint Patrick Cemetery Somerset.
