Anna Bertha Mann

Anna Mann, 79, of St. Joseph passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023.

A celebration of life will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 27, at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman, MI 49106. Friends may meet with the family from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service. Following the service, there will be a gathering from 2-4 p.m. at Mike Mann's at Glen Aire Manufactured Home Community, 1153 W. Glenlord Road, Lot 86. St. Joseph, MI 49085. Anna was born on April 1, 1944, in Bangor, Mich., to Don and Mary (Cavote) Krugler where she was raised with her brothers and sister.

She graduated from Bangor High School in 1963, where she was a cheerleader for most of her high school years and was the valedictorian of her graduating class.

Anna enjoyed gardening, golfing, bowling, traveling and having fun with friends and family. She thrived happily in her career working for Tabor Hill Winery from 1982 until she retired in 2014.

Anna is survived by John Michael Mann, her loving husband of 59 years: sister, Carol, sons: John (Debi) Mann Jr.. and George Mann; daughter, Theresa (Darren) Mann Murphy; grandchildren: Connor, Lucas and Richie Mann, Amberlee, Dylon (Karlie) and Seth Markus: great-granddaughters: Paisley and Madilynn; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Anna is preceded in death by her parents: Don and Mary (Cavote) Krugler; stepmother, Ida; son, Richard Mann; brothers: Thomas, Paul, Donnie and Richard Krugler; brother-in-law, Ken Washington and sisters-in-law: Andrea Mann Cowan, Mary Krugler and Louise Krugler.

Anna will be deeply missed by family and friends. Until we meet again. Please no flowers, thank you.
