Jane Adams Obituary
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church, with burial in St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Raymond Adams Jr. and wife, Dianne, Sandra Curole and husband, Frank Sr., Cynthia Curole and husband, Jesse Sr., Janice Ledet and companion, Daniel Bergeron, Ray Adams and wife, Rose Mary, Charlene Hebert and husband Loveless, Robert Adams, Mary Dominique and Lance Sanchez and wife, Leslie; son-in-law, Houston Ledet Jr.; sisters, Grace McCormick, Shirley LeBlanc, Margaret Sanchez, Linda Badeaux and Diana Sanchez; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Adams Sr.; companion, Ferdinand Griffin Jr.; parents, Leon and Angela Bourgeois Sanchez; sister, Delia Badeaux; brothers, Richard and Clifton Sanchez; grandson, Chad Ledet.; and son-in-law, James Dominique Sr.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Mathews is in charge of arrangements.
