DANIEL EMMETT CUPP, 24, died Saturday, July 22, 2006, in Houston, Texas. He was born on August 12, 1981, in Houston, Texas to Charles and Aneta "Joan" Cupp. Daniel was a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Downtown Campus, where he was also a member of Phi Kappa Phi a scholastic honors fraternity. He is survived by his father, Charles Daniel Cupp; mother, Aneta "Joan" Cupp; maternal grandparents, Faye and Emmett Northcutt of Temple, Texas; aunt and uncle, Karen and Charles Bearinger of Clear Lake, Texas, Debra and Patrick Hyde of Austin, Texas; great-aunt, Vivian Woods of Amarillo, Texas; great-uncle, J.P. Pond; cousins, Shellie Givens, Ronald Thomas, Laura Givens, Brittany Dorrell all of Dallas, Texas, Marjorie Carol Chisam and Emmett Samek of Denton, Texas, Gail and Gary Huff, Michael, Lorelie, and Rachel Woods, Phillip and Debbie Pond; second cousins, Arlene Vaughn, Pansy and Dale Partain, Joy Ince, Lina Wilson, June Shelton and numerous other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at Heights Funeral Home 1317 Heights Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77008. Funeral services will be held at 9:00a.m. on Thursday, July 27, 2006, in the Chapel of Heights Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 4:00p.m. at Fort Graham Cemetery in Whitney, Texas.
