Harold W. Stein Sr. passed away on Tuesday May 13, 2025. He was born in Castroville, TX on October 14, 1931.
Harold had an enormous capacity for love and seeing the good in everyone as was evidenced by how much his large family spent time with him. As a husband he adored his wife. As a father he always had time for his six sons and his only daughter. As a grandfather and great grandfather (Paw Paw), he never missed a sporting event, birthday celebration, or school performance. We will miss his infectious smile, his dancing the babies around, and his sage advice.
Harold is survived by his wife Patricia (Buckholdt) of 68 years, his seven children, sons Harold (Tina), Kevon (Rhonda), Kerry (Angela), Keith Sr. (Joanna), Ken (Ken), Kyle (Jenny), and daughter, Kimberly (Pete White), 28 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church, San Antonio on May 29. Rosary at 9:30am followed by Mass at 10. Burial will be at 1:15 pm at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
