Jack Reed Maynard
September 26,1949 -
June 7, 2014,
residing in Poway, California is now with his Lord. He is the son of Andrew Jackson Maynard, Jr. and Dorris Jean Maynard of Houston, Texas. He graduated from Bellaire High School in 1967. He attended Sam Houston State and graduated from the University of Houston.
Jack is survived by his loving mother, Dorris, wife Evelyn, daughter Jacquelyn, son Andrew, and grandson Jackson. Sisters, Angie, Terri, their devoted husbands and everyone he knew will greatly miss Jack's marvelous life on earth.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 13, 2014 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the First Methodist Church Houston Sanctuary, 1320 Main at Clay in Houston. A reception will follow in the foyer. In lieu of flowers and gifts, gratefully accepted contributions can be given to the First Methodist Church Houston, designated for First Choice (T.V. Ministry) and/or the Renovation Fund, 1320 Main Street @ Clay, Houston, TX 77002.

Jackie was such a good friend at Bellaire...I have been looking for him for the last 8 years, for our last reunion, and for upcoming ones. I'm so sad to finally find him...here. Many prayers for his family. He was such a wonderful person.
