Linda Mullani Obituary

Linda Lay Mullani
1947-2021
Linda Kay Mullani, 74, of Sugar Land, Texas, daughter of the late Charles Edward Hayes and Dorothy Missey Hayes, was born on March 26, 1947, and passed away peacefully on November 11, 2021 in the presence of her husband and family members.
Linda is survived by her husband, Nizar Mullani of Sugar Land, her son of Richmond, Texas, Ethan Mullani, her granddaughter, Ryley Mullani, her brother, Larry Hayes (wife Barbara), and her sister Joan Suiter. Two nieces, Kayla Hayes of Cypress, Texas, and Casey Bagwell (Vitella) of Potosi, Missouri. Great nieces and nephews are Dillon, Melanie, Darien, Serina, Summer, Autumn, and Gage.
Linda's extended family included all her husband siblings, Mohamed Mullani,, Shamim Juma and Yasmin Gazar, and their family members residing in Canada. She loved having them visit her home. She also loved going to Canada to spend time with them at the Mullani Reunion Events.
Linda's family was very important to her. She became the matriarch of the extended family and was happy when she was entertaining her family. Her famous oyster dressing was the most requested for every Thanksgiving.
Linda will be greatly missed by her husband, Nizar. Linda and Nizar were life partners of 52 years. As we got older, our ties became stronger. Walking on the beach at our beach house was one of the precious memories that the waves will not wash away. I look forward to walking with her again when we meet again.
